You will find all the indications to locate the parking or the pickup place of the vehicle in the booking proof. Both the address and the GPS coordinates are attached. In addition, a telephone number of the parking staff is also indicated.
Don't worry, you won't pay more for being late for the delivery or collection of the vehicle. In any case, if the delay is significant, we appreciate you notifying the car park at the telephone number that appears In the receipt, if it is your flight that arrives late, you do not need to notify it since the car park is probably already informed.
To cancel your booking, please contact conta@zelsa.com with 1 hours prior to the start date of the reservation.
Any changes to your reservation should be made by contacting conta@zelsa.com. Please remember to enter your booking code as a reference.
